On January 12th, 2009, Phil and Marian had a door installed between their two separate units at Sunrise. This had never been done there before, but the idea had a logic of its own. Details were worked out within 2 weeks of Phil's move to Sunrise, and with trepidation by all, the project commenced.

On the day of door installation, Sunrise provided an extra room for Marian and Phil to stay in while the workmen occupied their two units. Here is the view from room 201, which overlooks the front of the building, and Snelling Ave.
