Email form: I created a form to solicit comments on my final website. There are links to this form from every page, in the top right corner (as seen on this index page).

Email Form #2 : This is a form given to us by our instructor as an .htm page. I filled it out, and the following .php page shows that I was suggessful in "enrolling" for the Dreamweaver class.
