This week you will continue your work on the graphics project. Finish last week's preparation, if you have not already done so. You should have a script, storyboard, and background images for your project. You should also have downloaded or purchased Photoshop Elements. Remember, you can download a 30 day trial version for free. Your goal for the week is to get one image of your story done. See the assignment for more about the assignment and how to do it.
You should also remember to read the pages on Graphics from the Course Reader. The information just never stops coming! As you work on your graphics project, try to be aware of the 'theory' that you've learned. Be mindful of where you store your files, how you name them, and what formats you are using (.psd, .jpg, uncompressed, compressed etc.). You may have noticed that we jumped over some material about the internet and broadband media. Don't worry, we'll return to it once we're done with graphics.
