B2B (Business-to-Business) - Amazon.com (general merchandiser that sells consumer products, starting with books, to retail customers)
B2C (Business-to-Consumer) - 1800flowers.com, eddiebauer.com, Foodtrader (independent third-party commodity exchange, auctions provider, and market info source that serves the food/agricultural industry)
B2G (Business-to-Government) - Lockheed, NASA
C2C (Consumer-to-Consumer) - Craig's List, eBay (auction sites/buy & sell goods directly to each other)
P2P (Peer-to-Peer) - BitTorrent software application allow consumers to share videos/other high-bandwidth content without intervention of a market maker such as in C2C.
M-commerce (Mobile Commerce) - PDAs, cellphones and other wireless devices can conduct commercial transactions.
E-Tailing Business Models

1. Bricks & Clicks (traditional) retailers - Macy's, walmart.com, homedepot.com, sharperimage.com
2. Direct Marketing from Manufacturers - Sony Dell, Nike, Lego, Godiva - market directly online from company sites to individual consumers
3. Internet (online) Malls - usinternetmall.com, choicemall.com
4. Mail Order Retailers that go Online - Lands End, QVC, Sharper Image have physical stores but add an online distribution channel
5. Pure-Play E-tailers - Amazon.com and others don't have physical stores, just online
