Day Three - Jump Menu
...Then go to Project 7's Web site and download their P7Jump Menu Magic extension. Read their tutorial. It's very easy to use. While you're there, check out their other amazing extensions.
The Go Button - make sure that the Go button is ONLY there if you are not programming the menu to jump automatically when an option is selected. This is really important so read carefully.
