Part 3: simple XHTML document. (May or may not work in IE; works ok in Firefox)
Part 4: (Optional) Create an XML site map for your website using Google's BETA service, and an online tool for generating the sitemap Did Not Do - Yet!
Part 5 : (Optional) Create a simple RSS file using Dreamweaver 8, or editing it manually. Did Not Do - Yet...

Code Review Requirements:

have a buddy or two test, complete, and submit your form before you submit the URL to me...When you are the tester, make sure that only one radio button can be selected for each set of radio buttons, all check boxes can be selected for each check box set, the submit button comes above and/or to the left of the cancel button, there is no jump menu and there are no external links within the form tags, the cancel button actually resets all form fields, the submit button actually sends form data to the email address of the form author, the form is organized and laid out in a presentable fashion, easy to tab from field to field with the form labels clearly identified and structured neatly on the page separate from the form fields (use a table to align the form labels and create a clean display), all the required form elements are present in the form.

Please type the name of your buddy tester and include the name of the buddy whose form you tested on your final submission to me. You will be graded on your code review (see Michiko   Carol G    Harlan) as well as your form functionality and layout (see reviews by Paticia, Michiko, Harlan).  

HW 7 Requirements:

• Part 1: Create a new html document and create a form using all the fields and form elements we've covered above except the fieldset.
• Part 2: Add a Jump Menu to either a new page or a page that doesn't include a form. Have at least 4 menu options in the Jump Menu. (I had so much trouble, I did this on 4 different days! See here and here and here.)
  
• Part 3: Create some customized form elements.
• EXTRA: On this downloadable version, change the email address in the ACTION in the header, and the form can be sent to the maker of the form you checked! Or, of course, you can have someone else send it to you, after they've checked YOUR form...

KQ Requirements:

Report on ONE Knowledge Quest, and include the following:

• Storyboard Proposal for Final Site Upload the proposal as an .html page on your server and link the proposal.html page to the zzz.html AND your homework.html page. Include subject, content, planned navigation, do a quick flow chart if you like or explain the flow, theme, colors, purpose, target audience, etc.

HW5 Requirements:

1. Clone table_sunset.html and explain the process of creation. (compare to original table)
2. Create 3 tables in Layout View with different content in each of the Autostretch columns.
   Check out version 1 (adds spacer gif in extra row to tables) and version 2 (adds spacer gif in non-autostretch cells without the extra row).
   • Add text data to 3 cells and add a background color to one cell.
   • Make a table border of 3 pixels and color the border orange.
   • Add these layout tables to the table_sunset.html page by copying the table and pasting it below. Done
   • At the top of the page, add 2 links: one to the sunset table and one to the layout tables.
   • Add Named Anchors at the top of each of the tables. Done

4. Post the URL of the file to the Autostretch Topic in the Homework Forum. Done
