Please type the name of your buddy tester and include the name of the buddy whose form you tested on your final submission to me. You will be graded on your code review as well as your form functionality and layout.

I tried to submit the form using IE, but doesn't work
I used firefox and the form was submited using the outlock
I don't have Nescape

Hi Patricia,

Thanks for checking out my code. I'm surprised it didn't work sending a reply in IE, because I have IE, and it seems to work just fine. I wonder if it matters whether I include and id as well as a name? Anyway, I've tweaked it a little. For one thing, I found the names I used were not descriptive enough. Can you (or anyone else) try it again? Thanks, Martha.

Your form is very organized and it is easy to fill out. All the radio buttons, check boxes, text fields, and text areas work fine. However, I failed to send the form via email. I had the same problem when I used "mailto" for the "submit" button's action. I notice that most most providers do not accept the other remote server to send mail via SMTP unless you specify your account information.

I received one form back via email - from Harlan. So - I know it works! Some other time I'll try the cgi-bin option. For now, I'll move on the XHML and HW8...
