England, Scotland, Wales - Britain 2014

Map of Best Of Britain Tour

Best of Britain with GETours

In July of 2014 Dianne, Martha, and Martha's cousin Steve took a tour of England, Scotland, and Wales with Grand European Travel. GETours has peppered us with beautiful brochures since our trip to Iberia with Jan and Judy in 2008. We'd hoped to return to Spain and Portugal to see the northern areas, but somehow the opportunity never jelled. We've looked at many other tours, including the GETours to Britain, but hadn't made any decisions. When cousin Steve said he wanted to go to England this summer, we jumped at the opportunity. SO - here we are: one more trip abroad. As of 5/5/2014 we hadn't made a decision as to WHEN we will go. But it seems fairly likely that we WILL go, this summer, and so thus begins another fabulous tour: Best of Britain. Come along with us as we travel (read our BLOG!), and visit this website frequently to see what new has been added to this tale of 2014 as DiMart Travels AGAIN!! Oh, BTW, we celebrate 41 years together, and honor ourselves by getting married on our June 1 anniversary. Is this a honeymoon?

England and Scotland and Wales - oh MY!!

Dianne and Martha visited England in 2006 as we traveld through 10 countries in 17 days with Dianne's sister Joyce and husband Bill. We spent two delightful days in London on May 28 and May 29. This time - we get 11 days of travel delight! This website will show generally where we'll be as we travel, but for more specific updates - check out our Best of Britain 2014 BLOG!
