This morning we had a bus tour of London with Globus city guides. We saw Big Ben, Winchester Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, and the Changin of the Guard, and visited inside St. Paul's Cathedral.This "quickie" tour nicely complemented yesterday's fortuitous Walk in Westminster. |

In the afternoon, we spent a FABULOUS day at the Windsor Castle! My, what an outing it was. We had rain, but no matter - it was all very British, you know? Anyway, we got a real taste of what life was like in the old days, for those who lived close to the crown. Much as we wanted to stay all day, alas, we only had a few hours. Nevertheless, we had more than enough adventure to keep us happy, and hopeful for the rest of the tour. Take a look at what we saw! |
